Excellent Service to resolve an important problem

I had rented a car from Woodford for a trip to Kruger National Park; I was very specific about the vehicle that we wanted. One day prior to I received a call (which I missed) then and email to inform me that the car I wanted would not be available and offered an alternative. I was not comfortable with the alternative and ended up dealing with Colin Govendor at OR Tambo. Colin's rapid understanding of the problem and attention to detail was excellent. He resolved the problem immediately and in addition offered me an upgrade on the original vehicle we had proposed as potentially more suitable for the trip. I recently began using Woodford for business and personal travel and would highly recommend their service.
