i booked online for a car at King Shaka Airport. The process was smooth and effortless. I was also upgraded and that was great. The vehicle was new with low mileage. On return of the vehicle at King Shaka airport I was a bit late for my flight. A gentleman who is the customer care manager drove us to the departure point at assisted us with the luggage.
