Excellent service from Woodford Car Hire

I have used Woodford car hire services twice in the last 8 months ( both times from ORT), and I have to commend them for excellent customer service, speedy and efficient transactions and awareness of their clients. In September '22 I had booked a car for myself and 4 other people to participate in a fencing competition. Our luggage comprised inter alia of 2 fencing bags which are similar to golf bags. The Woodford agent looked at our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger vehicle. On both occasions the agency was quite busy, and some clients did not comply with the required credit card holding deposits. These issues were dealt with in a professional, dignified manner, the agents trying to assist the clients by really going the extra mile. Well done Woodford, once again it was an absolute pleasure dealing with you!
