Excellent service.
The admin staff was excellent. I was lucky to be assisted by Nkosingiphile Sbiya, the company made a great choice for hiring her. When I was told about Woodford (king Shaka) I was in JHB and my colleagues they said I must ask for Nkosingiphile and also friends in CPT referred me to her and they were never wrong. For peace of mind we even call in advance to find out when will she be at work! She looks after her clients experience from the time they walk in till the next hire. She is excellent, smart, honest & heartwarming and which makes her excellent.
One thing I’m not happy about they don’t notify you that you have 1 hr left to bring the car in and if not brought in time; you’ll be charged a full day. I find that to be a passive *****ulent.
