Excellent Service at Woodford Car Hire King Shaka airport

I requested an online quote from Woodford at King Shaka airport and received call a few minutes later from the Company asking if they could assist me to confirm my booking. On arrival at the Durban airport, I was assisted by Sheldon who is extremely knowledgeable about the services offered and various types of payment options and he is excellent at customer services. He has previously assisted me when I had a problem making payment when i mislaid my credit card. Sheldon knew the credit facilities on different bank cards and advised me accordingly. I was able to make payment and book the vehicle. A special mention as well to the team that receives the vehicle upon return.
