Easy booking online - costs and charges very clear. Slight wait at the airport to collect vehicle - but given the queue, it was bearable. Was concerned that we couldn't do pre-inspection as it was too dark in parking lot but was assured it had been done and video'd by the agent - which it had been. So 5 stars there. Returning the vehicle was an absolute pleasure. We had a lot of bags so the agent offered to drive us to the drop off zone so that we wouldnt have to push all the bags a long way. Really going above and beyond. Outstanding service - will use them again. Absolute value for money.
