Excellent fleet of vehicles, just long queues at the check-out counter!

The issuing and signing out of the vehicle is a very slow process. Don't be surprised if you have to stand in a long queue in an open undercovered area in the cold Cape South Easter wind, while the three agents are doing the documentary process of issuing the vehicles. Always seem to be an IT issue as well. In the evening the area where the vehicles are issued is exceptionally dark and it is not easy to check the vehicle...beware! On the positive side, Woodford has an excellent, well-maintained fleet of vehicles. I have always been issued with an excellent vehicle and have been happy with the performance of the vehicle.
