I never imagined that renting a car could be so effortless, quick and straightforward. I initially made a mistake with my online booking, but when I contacted the call center, they reassured me that everything would be taken care of when I arrived at their Sandton office that same day. True to their word, everything was sorted out when I arrived, and the staff were incredibly professional. Special thanks to the gentleman who assisted me with the final details at the service desk—he was courteous and very responsive.
