Ericka (1st time renting)

I rented a car for the first time when visiting Durban over the weekend with my 4year old son. A guy called Dayalan was of such good assistance. He showed me the car and explained exactly how everything works. He also gave me accurate directions as to how to get to our accomodation without GPS and even gave his personal number incase I need anything else (enquiry) . He was off on the day I had to book the car in and I phoned him, he answered (on his off day) and assisted me very well as to what to do before I take the car back. Very helpful gentleman.
