Would not recommend this car rental to anybody. Yes their rates are great, but wait till it comes to paying the bill and trying to get a refund. Firstly, excessive toll gate fees were added to our bill. We hired a car in Cape Town but the fees related to a complete different province. Extra top up fees that were we told to please refer to our contract, no other explanation. We had the unfortunate incident of a rock hitting our windscreen, which we replaced at our own cost before returning the vehicle the next day. So we actually returned the vehicle with a brand new windscreen and you somehow add notes on the contract suggested we returned the vehicle with cracks in the window - how can you say that. You guys have no idea how to run a business. Lastly we have a deposit of just over R20k which we are still waiting for to be refunded. We were lucky enough to get a number for the branch manager at the Cape Town Airport - we Will be contacting you first thing tomorrow morning when you are back at the office.
