Easy Peasy

I booked a car online for collection at King Shaka. It was effortless. Upon arrival to collect my car they asked if I'd mind waiting a few minutes for my car as they have upgraded it to a slightly bigger car and it was coming for the depot, who would moan about that. The car is great, low milage and well maintained. I had to extend my rental agreement with them and that too was effortless, one simple phone call and that was it. Very grateful for the simple process and fantastic customer service this branch offers!!
