Dysfuntional Car Hire Company

It's easy to establish that most of the reviews on this company are multiple reviews done by a few people "shouting from the rooftop" on how good Woodford is. I can only describe this company as dysfunctional . I recently rented a vehicle at C Town airport from them. I waited over an hour to complete the necessary paperwork, then they didn't have a car, I kept waiting and they kept promising that it would arrive. After an hour I insisted that they provide me with another vehicle. The car was in good condition and the return service wasn't bad. Now I'm waiting for an invoice , days later and the hold of R 4000.00 to be lifted from my credit card. The phones at Cape Town Airport just ring, no reply. Their call centre seems to be confused on what they actually have to do. My advice , use a reputable car hire company with a good track record, I would have a huge concern if I was involved in an accident or a car was ******, I think that they would not adaquately handle the situation and it would be an endless frustration. This is one to stay away from.
