Dreadful in every respect
<p>Rented 3 times recently from their Jhb and Cape Town airport depots via an online site, multiple issues of dishonesty, poor service, substandard vehicles. First, tried to charge me an extra day by claiming a false return time (that was only 20 minutes before my flight took off), then charged me an arbitrary R1,400 for a wheel scuff without any notification from CT branch whatsoever (not even a receipt emailed), then in Jhb a last minute vehicle change when we discovered the allocated car had an expired licence disk. But the worst was the state of their tyres. We had a blowout on the way back from Sun City (admittedly some potholes), at Brits Dunlop we discovered a second tyre blistered, in their opion all four tyres would have failed a road worthy inspection, ended up buying two new tyres and Woodford flatly refused to re-imburse me. At first they blanked me on email correspondence until I threatened small claims court, before confirming that the blowouts were the result of my bad driving, then blanking me again. Never once did anyone sign their name to any of the emails. Just dreadful, avoid. </p>
