DREADFUL

Avoid. Recently used them and was exposed to experiences I have never had before, having hired hundreds of vehicles from hire companies all over the world. To start with, I met their representative in person and was promised a very attractive deal only to be told on the day of hire that they could no longer make that available to me. Then, on return, an over-zealous staff member filed a report that I had "damaged" the car because a plastic cover was found to be loose. They attempted to charge me for this. I managed both to get them to make good on their initial offer and to reverse the charge for the so-called "damage". I also noted taht they charge an "admin fee" for provessing traffic fines and tolls (which are charged via the installed e-reader). All well and good for traffic fines, but not acceptable for e-tolls. This is simply a hidden extra charge. Overall, a dreadful customer experience.
