Double charged me for rental & after 4 months still not refunded my money despite admitting they shouldn't have charged

<p>I rented a vehicle through a 3rd party with Woodford Car Hire in April 2016. Third party was paid in full for the rental prior to pick up. During my rental of 29 days on the 12th May 2016, Woodford took another R4000 out of my account without consent. They admitted in writing they have also charged me for the rental despite me already paying for the rental in full AND supplying them the proof of my payment. All emails are simply being ignored and I am yet to receive my money back.</p>
