Don't keep to the term and conditions

The terms and conditions state that the deposit for the vehicle will be released up to 72 hours after the car has been returned but this is not the case. You wait over 2 weeks and when you call they state that there was an error from the bank or they have cleared the amount and you have to double check or you have to give your card details yet again so that they can check on their end. They might be the cheapest option but not worth it in the end. The last time I would book with them and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
