Do not use woodford if you want a baby seat

Terrible terrible service. Booked a baby seat online. Got to Ct International Airport, and had to wait 1hr before getting the car (there were only 3 other groups there). Got to the car and they said they don't have a baby seat and had to look for one. Half an hour later we got a piece of junk of a car seat that is not roadworthy and more dangerous than me just holding my child (*******). Complained, told \sorry we don't have any others".
