Do NOT hire from these bandits

I hired a car from Woodford on 5th March 2020 and due to being locked down in South Africa I had to keep it until 1st August 2020. During that time I had numerous problems with the company. They constantly charged money to my credit card without any prior consultation despite my repeated requests to first send me an invoice to alert me of the charges. Eventually having returned the car on 1st August they have overcharged me once again via my credit card and despite having e-mailed them regarding the overcharge they still have not rep**** to me. As I am now back in Ireland it is very difficult to resolve this issue. Just one example of their lack of Customer Service was the fact that they issued a new Invoice dated 1st August 2020 and charged me additional mileage of 165km - 856 Rand even though over the 149 days of the hire I had only covered 2211km while the free allowance was 100km/day. How is that for service ? I would advise anybody to steer clear of them they are at the best *********** and at the worst ******* !!!
