DO NOT HIRE CARS FROM WOODFORD CAR HIRE!!

Recently hired a car from Woodford at OR Tambo (Jhb) and had a horrible experience:

- Dates on the booking were incorrect when I arrived. The person on duty failed to inform me of the liability/waiver policy (despite me asking about that specifically). - Failure to correctly refund my deposit of R4000 without providing a reason on the return invoice. When I called they simply said this was due to 'e-tolls'. The only e-toll I would have passed is leaving the airport after fetching the hired car and then returning it at the airport. It's impossible to rake up R600 plus when the car stayed in one suburb in the North of Johannesburg. Please be aware of this ****. - I've read a previous post about someone who spent time following up on a deposit refund to no avail and I experienced the same.

DO NOT be fooled by the cheaper rates this company advertises. They use unreasonable liability policies and withhold deposit refunds unnecessarily as a way to ****** money from you.
