Do not accmodate customers

I was so disappointed in the service provided by Woodford car rental at OR tambo. I booked a car with 2 c****ats 2 months in advance. I have a baby and a toddler, so booked it in advance so I don’t have to struggle with 2 small kids after a long flight. When went to fetch the car they said they had no c****ats available and did not try to help us at all and advices us to go somewhere else. I was so disappointed and frustrated, because then had to struggle with 2 babies. I do not recommend them at all as they don’t care about their customers. Will never use them again!
