DO NO USE WOODFORD CAR HIRE THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY

At first i thought it was a pleasure to deal with these *******, until the nightmare began and they started *****ing my money.

2 days after returning their car i was debited without any notification or courtesy call from Woodford, they just took money from my account because they have my card details.

When I contact them they tell me its for fuel, however i returned their car full as they told me to do. I produced the slip for refuelling just 5 minutes before dropping off their car then their story changes to they are billing me because the km i travelled and the fuel does not correlate. what nonsense. I took the unlimited KM option because I didn't want extra costs for km now they say the fuel used and the km does not correspond so they have to charge me a whole full tank. Since when does km usage result in a fuel charge???? what do the two even have to do with each other?????

When I challenge this nonsense theory, their story changed to the car was not full on return, but I have their check in sheet which shows Fuel in is Full and on top of that I provided the petrol slip from when I filled up.

Woodstock will abuse the fact that they have your card details and just debit you without warning or reason, beware!!

I rented their car in December 2018 and its no Feb 2019 and I am still fighting for my refund.
