<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>On 09/02/2017 I hired a vehicle from your branch at Cape Town an returned the vehicle on the 13/02/2017. The attendant told me my refund will be done in 48 hours. It's now been 11 days and still no refund. My fiance phoned on Monday and spoke to Bridget confirming that this issue will be resolved in 48hours which has still not been resolved .
