Dissapointed

Unfortunately, the check in was a mess. The line out the door took over 20 minutes to get us to the counter. Then the receptionist sold us extra insurance quoting EX VAT.. Once the bill had gone through he apologized but that was all. Then despite specifying a white car we were given a dark coloured car which we were not happy to drive in the Cape wet weather. So I asked for a change which was done but still the delays meant it took more than an hour for us to get away meaning missed meetings. Then the car would rev up almost flat out on starting randomly.. Otherwise the experience was not unacceptable, I just think the check in needs to be improved.
