Dishonest car rental company
All seemed to be good to start with. EVERYTHING was explained to me...... everything is covered with the standard insurance should the vehicle be in an accident or ****** to a maximum liability of R17000.
The brand new vehicle had a faulty alarm that kept activating.
Then 2 hubcaps were ****** off the vehicle. Now there is NO waiver on the ****** parts....... but why...... no one can tell me why.
Then I’m charged R2200 for the new hubcaps to be replaced, YET I got a quote from Toyota at R1500. Surely they would also get better pricing from bulk purchasing. And did they buy new?????
DISHONEST IN THEIR INSURANCE PROMISE???? OVER CHARGING IN THEIR REPLACEMENT COSTS?????
And the MD will not speak to me.

It took some time, but once the MD and his PA took charge of this matter, we came to a satisfactory resolution within a space of a few hours.
