DISHONEST BUSINESS AND UNSAFE CARS

Terrible service, my credit card is literally being deducted daily still a week later with unexplained amounts from a R15000 deposit none of which has been returned. Most importantly they release Unsafe vehicles and they cover themselves with their contract which allows them to handover defective vehicles and deduct money off your card at will. They gave me a 9 seater van driving on a spare tyre which punctured, the actual tyre was under the car and also punctured from the previous hirer. No tools to release the tyre or change the tyre. Had to get a recovery and replacement vehicle. And charged in excess if R11000 for a 2 day rental and no one can explain why. Have alook at the tripadvisor ,google reviews and on this site . I wish I had checked before dont make the same mistake.Dont believe their claim to fame of being No1 on Hellopeter its not possible. Maybe only the Cape Town branch but would not recommend. I have hired many cars and this is by far the worst car rental company and underhand and dishonest in their dealings.
