Disgusting Service
Do not hire from Woodford King Shaka Airport - *****ulent activities
When picking up the rental car, I performed a thorough inspection alongside a Woodford staff member named Shashen. During this process, I meticulously pointed out any pre-existing damages on the vehicle and received an inspection sheet for verification.
However, when I returned the car after three days, I was confronted by a Woodford staff member called Billy, who accused me of causing damage to the vehicle. To my surprise, he presented me with a blank incident report and insisted that I sign it. Naturally, I comp****, but promptly filled in the details of the actual incident later at the Woodford King Shaka Airport office.
To establish the authenticity of the damage claim, I requested access to the previous inspection sheet and video footage of the car taken prior to my rental period. Sadly, my request was not met, as Woodford King Shaka Airport lacks a PAIA manual to facilitate such inquiries, further raising doubts about their transparency.
My shock only intensified when I received an invoice for the alleged damages, accompanied by a photograph of the previously blank incident report.. This disconcerting incident has led me to suspect that *****ulent practices might be taking place at Woodford King Shaka Airport.
While I understand that incidents can happen, it is my opinion that future customers should exercise caution when accepting assistance from certain individuals at Woodford King Shaka Airport, namely Shashen, Billy, Kumaren, Preshan Londi, and Dinolon, as they seem to be closely associated with these troubling occurrences.
In light of the seriousness of this matter, I believe it is essential to share this experience with the public. I have personally captured video evidence that I believe should be made known to relevant authorities and the wider community. Transparency and accountability are fundamental for maintaining the credibility of service providers, and I earnestly hope that this situation receives prompt attention and resolution.
As this is my personal perspective on the matter, I urge others to be cautious when engaging in transactions with Woodford King Shaka Airport and to exercise due diligence in protecting their interests.
This was the first time I hired a car from Woodford and shall be the last as in my opinion you will have a better and more professional experience with Avis or Europa Car.

1. Do not sign the digital inspection sheet at the office which they then print out for you to hand to the staff at the collection bay for “inspection”. By signing this Woodford puts you in a position to accept liability for damages when you haven’t inspected the vehicle. Also, even if you inspect the vehicle and point out damages, the printed out version is not regarded as valid. Rather request a blank unsigned version to inspect the car.
2. Take a video of the entire inspection and make mention of the damages when collecting. After doing so return to the main office and ensure they record this on their system as this seems to be a grey area that the company follows.
