DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

<p>We rented out a car from Woodford, upon the returning of the vehicle, my wife signed a Post inspection papers with no damage on the car. We received the first invoice of R1200 for extra milage we put on the car, which was okay with us. On the 3/10/2016 Woodford deducted R8223.33 from my wife's cheque account. When we enquired what was the money deducted for, we were told that it was for damages on the car and extra charges. </p> <p> </p> <p>I requested a copy of the post inspection she signed. I was given the run around and finger pointing by Justice, Ridwan and their manager Pravesh who all three work at OR Tambo International Airport. It took them 2 days to give me a wrong copy of the Post inspection sheet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm so much disappointed and wouldnt advise anyone to use woodford car hire. I'm also going to report this matter to SAVRALA as they are ripping people off their money. ****************!!!</p>
