Disgusted and angry client

Upon a safe return of the vehicle in Cape Town branch, 2 weeks later my deposot is not released back to me, i call for for hours and hours and eventually i go through, instead of getting the help i need, i am taken from pillar to post without any appology, i am disgusted and i will never reccomended them to anyone, this comes to be the Worst service in my entire life. I will tell my friends to tell their friends to NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I do not understand why one has to call them in the first place for the return of the deposit. Its totally unacceptable.
