Disappointing service

I was very disappointed with the service I got. I booked for a Van to collect from Hatfield, Pretoria only to get there to be told that they do not take capitec credit cards for that group. This information is not visible on their website or any communique post confirmation of the booking. I have hired cars from Woodford several times previously using the capitec credit card (although this was for the lower groups) I had no knowledge of differing requirements for the other groups. The company needs to make their terms and conditions clear on its website. Beyond this, I was assisted with my refund right there and then, I was directed to call customer service.
