Disappointing service
I have used Woodford Car Hire in Cape Town a few times and been very happy with the service received. This time, however, I was disappointed. We had booked the car for 11am and after a short wait in the queue, saw the consultant. It then turned out that the car was not available and we waited 30 minutes to get a replacement car. I really felt that this was unacceptable. Hopefully Woodford have not got so busy now, that personal service has been neglected.
