Disappointing experience after returning car

What a letdown of service after returning the car to OR Tambo Airport. This started as such a great experience with Woodford Reservations and OR Tambo personnel. I even recommended Woodford to friends during my rental period. On returning the car I was shocked that you charge a handling fee for any incident even with the unlimited km & zero excess option. In all the interactions I was told this is a great option to take to prevent any additional costs. Even in your contract, it is not clear that the admin fee is also for the full cover option. To top all of this I am still struggling, after multiple calls to Woodford, to get the hold removed from my credit card. It will be 4 weeks now after returning the car and it is still unresolved. I suggest you think twice before using Woodford.
