Disappointing

The vehicle collection process at CT is slow and tedious - on two occasions I had to wait almost an hour to collect my vehicle.... process needs streamlining? more staff at the counters? I was charged R3277 for a scratch to the underside of the front bumper which is excessive - especially so because it will not be touched up. I had also paid for 'super waiver' cover which is supposed to reduce the liability by 95%. Waiting to see if/how this pans out....
