Dis-satisfied customer-Woodford Car Hire- King Shaka Airport

Its rather unfortunate to have this experience which car users need to be aware of hiring from Woodford Car Hire for they have lost a customer with immediate effect in lieu of what transpired> I hired a car from King Shaka Airport branch over the weekend of Fathers Day having collected a Toyota from this branch. The car was fairly new with approx. 7000km on the clock & being in a good nick. Included in the contract was window & tyre cover as a precaution which I normally take. Upon arriving at home having driven from the airport I experienced a flat tyre .I contacted the branch to assist to change this flat tyre due to my left arm being injured tome before hence it was difficult to change the tyre .The branch responded by sending out the AA who arrived ^ replaced the tyre. Having checked they advised of there being no nail but a leak in the tyre.The car was returned on that Monday to the branch having not driven the vehicle over the weekend due to the spare being so called a biscuit tyre hence did not feel safe nor comfortable driving around with that tyre. A week later I received notification from the branch that I need to pay R500 handling fee for this leak that occured.How is this leak fault of a customer? A customer having also taken tyre cover in the event off still being charged handling fee due to the above factors? Hence, this means, every time a customer hires from this company, as soon as they leave the site, should they experience a flat tyre, they are immediately charged inspite of having tyre cover included.? Customers should be aware of such unacceptable factors & should re-consider hiring from this company if this is anything to go by. Unfortunately, this is the last time , I will be hiring from this company as there are many other companies based at the airport that could be considered & its an important lesson to learn from when hiring , before accepting the vehicle, to take snap shots of the entire vehicle from bumper to bumper, including all tyres & rims as well as for the consultant needs to clarify all these terms & conditions before considering the advantages or disadvantages.
