Device at CT is poor

It is virtually impossible to get hold of the Cape Town branch. We waited in long queues at the pick up and when I wanted to report existing damage to the vehicle as well as extend my rental period they did not answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages or emails. It has been very frustrating. Other than that they have good rates and vehicles.
