Despicable service

Decspicable service No gracious understanding from the people on duty at Woodfords King Shaka airport tonight. I travelled in error with my husband's credit card, I had a reservation for a car hire, my husband called gave permission for the transaction explaining what had happened and they refused to make the transaction. Leaving me and my 11 year old daugher stranded at the airport for hours while I waited for my 75 year old father to come from Drummond to fetch us. Rules are rules but sometimes managers should make an exception. This is discussing, if something happens to my father on his way here there will be hell to pay. They told me it's ***** and I disagree if the owner of the card gives permission. Sadly this message won't reach enough people for them to feel the dent in their business. Shame on you Woodfords
