Deposit taken / charges, charges, charges

They take your deposit out of your account routinely although they tell you it's a 'holding deposit'. Then you have to fight to get it back! They also add various charges which do not make any sense and again don't tell you which you only realise eventually when you get your deposit back! I call it *****ing. If it was a British company I'm sure trading standards would have something to say about their practices. Stay we'll away. Stick with a known company.
