Deposit still not refunded

<p>I made use of Woodford car rental during my visit to Cape Town. I rented the KIA from 2 - 7 December 2016. Upon receiving the car I was told that the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after the car has been returned. It's already the 15th and I have not received a single penny or any information / notification fromWoodford. In fact I am paying interest on the amount which Woodford owes me.<br />I have emailed them to 2 different addresses, but no response. Really disappointed with Woodford Car Rental Company. How difficult can it be to refund R4000?</p>
