Deposit not returned

I write this review with disappointment because Woodford Springfield has not released my holding deposit for 2 weeks now. The vehicle was returned as per agreement. What makes it worse is the non existent customer service, who should be knowledgeable with these queries. With this kind of poor service I doubt I'll ever use their service again.
