Deposit not refunded

Deposit not refunded after more than 3 weeks and I am calling continuously and being strung along by the story of " we are not sure why the bank is not refunding you as we sent a request through to them". I am then continuously told " we have copied you on the e-mail to the bank to refund your deposit Urgently but we don't know why you are not getting this email" Horrible service which I will not recommend to anybody unless you prepared to pay interest on your credit card while they benefit from the interest.
