10 Jan 2024, 14:42What are you exactly saying cause you’re not addressing my refund except these automated responses? You were supposed to hold the deposit not deduct it from the bank & immediately release it when we return the car which we returned it on the 3rd. Can you please refund me, the matter of regaining my trust depends on your resolve not automated email responses. That WhatsApp number that generates responses it’s the condescending approach to customer as your number on your website rings without anyone answering it.
