Deliver what you advertise. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
Service was excellent to say the least. You only get 3 stars because like all the other car hire companies, the car you advertise and the car I get are never ever the same. I can understand if it happens now and again but it always happens. I was really looking forward to doing my very long trip in a 3 series but ended up in what I call a downgrade for the same price and no valid reason given other than you don’t have 3 series in stock at King Shaka.
