Delightful service

I've used Woodfords for many years and their service just seems to get better and better. One evening on a late arrival in Durban, the agent patiently waited for me, their last customer for the night; as i walked down the pavement towards their office, he greeted me by name, pronounced correctly, and with a gracious smile. I apologized for the delay but he was friendly and helpful, not a hint of inconvenience. I present customer service training programs and I often use Woodfords as a positive case study. I am about to book with them again! In gratitude.
