Customer service recognition

Was always an excellent service provider. I use to used them for the last 7yrs for 9months in a year. However the service consultant on my last renewal was absolutely rude. She didnt care how long service i had with the company. My onsite renewal and extention was a day late and i did make arrangements with Nick who was off at the time. Paying the 1 day extra costs was never an issue. She was just arrogant and rude so I cancelled my renewal extentions till Nov and moved ON from Woodford. My loss of business may not hurt Woodford but the principle of treating people properly is what matter........ Moving It is what it is.
