Customer Loyalty Goes Both Ways

I've been renting from Woodford for over a year now. They have always been friendly and efficient, and although the trip to the airport once a month to renew can be annoying, I always come away smiling and uplifted due to their friendly and cheerful attitude. I get the impression they are glad to have me as a customer and so I feel justified in my loyalty to Woodford. Also, they have more than once negotiated on price despite the season, and this prevents me looking elsewhere.
