Credit card *****

I am absolutely shocked at this car hire company. I hired the vehicle for just 3 hours from King Shaka Airport, returned it with no problem then 2 days later I see a debit off my credit card account for R2500 ! they claim damages which was definitely not the case as the car was returned without any issues and the deposit reversed on the same day. Why would they reverse the deposit and then 2 days later debit my account ??? by reversing the deposit it is proof there were no damages for the period of time I hired the vehicle. This is **********.

I called the office at King Shaka and they would not assist me referring me to the Head Office. The lady there has still not returned or responded to my query.
