Don't know where to start ... 1. having checked no money would leave our credit card for the deposit, the money was withdrawn in its entirety leaving us with interest to pay and bank charges. We had a tire blow out on us, they said time again they would come and exchange our vehicle to ensure we had a car with a spare wheel for the distances we were driving around the western cape. Did they heck! AND they charged us for the blown tire even though we had discussed the wheel being in poor condition when we picked it up - should never have trusted their words of reassurance that they were taking full responsibility. Even if there had been a lack of communication at the office they could have at least forwarded the paperwork for us to be reimbursed due to the insurance we had taken out. Got home to find all this on the bank statement and emailed receipt. When we contacted them more than once about the confusing billing and the money out the account we were told they would get back to us ... ghosting has a new meaning for me. They are a terrible company with no integrity, hope they get whats coming to them. They did the same to my parents. SHAME ON YOU WOODFORD!
