I've booked with them twice and both times have been more than wonderful.

The deciding factor for using them was the transparency in the quotation process on their site. You always know what you're paying upfront and how much each addition costs. You also know what car to expect and not be surprised. I know all the vehicle rental agencies use a size class system, but with Woodford, you're most likely going to get whatever picture they have at that time.
