Compliments to Wayne Naidoo at Woodford Car Hire

I have been renting cars from Woodford Car Hire for several years now, and I want to compliment them on their staff at the Cape Town International Airport branch, most particularly Wayne Naidoo. Renting a car can be stressful at the best of times, but Wayne has always helped to make the process easy, and even enjoyable. Always efficient, ready with a smile and a joke, and making sure I get the right car for me, at the best rate. I've also had the opportunity to observe him dealing with other customers, and he is unflappable, even when the customers are tired and stressed coming off a long flight. Mr Naidoo also seems to be very good with new trainees; helping them build confidence by letting them find their own way, while still being available to offer advice and help to them when needed. All done with his good-natured attitude. He is an asset to the company, and deserves recognition and high praise.
