Compliment for good service
Recently renewed a monthly rental with Woodford Springfield, I had a bit of a challenge with the bank. But a lady called Mandisa was very helpful. She went out of her way to contact the bank directly and she managed to get our issue resolved seamlessly, doing all of that with a smile on her face. The true definition of customer centricity.
Kudos to Mandisa for her amazing work and dedication 👏🏾 I will definitely use Woodford Springfield again!!!
