Charged R5200.00 for a Windcreen chip and unauthorised debit post drop off

Woodford has charged me R5200.00 for an invisible chip on windscreen. They have also made a further unauthorised debit of R7200.00 from my credit card after i have dropped off the vehicle. All the issues were brought to their attention and no solution has been made. I have also found out that they did not replace the windscreen where they charged me the R5200.00. I may have just been an unlucky client here. I am now resorting to Small Claims court regarding all of this. Beware people.

Hi Abigail, Multiple emails have been sent to your Customer care email address and no one is addressing the matter. It is important to also highlight that the way the chip was so small and it could have been taken to PG Glass, I know that Woodford did not replace the Windscreen but they charged me R5200.00. The car did not have a crack but a small chip
